Medical coverage with United Healthcare

Criteria for signing up is no income for 4 weeks, which we all qualify for. This could work out for the members  that do not have an existing condition but still want to have medical coverage. This is the list of names and numbers for the representatives throughout NY state, you have to sign up by May 15 for the coverage to go in effect on June 1.
