As you know, CWA and IBEW have been negotiating with Verizon since May 16, 2022 to determine whether it’s possible to agree on the terms of a contract extension. The current Covid-19 work at home renewal expires on Saturday, June 4, 2022. We have mutually decided it is everyone’s best interest to extend the work at home arrangements as the contract extension discussions continue. The work at home arrangements have been extended through July 16, 2022.
