The Company to provide information on what will happen regarding the Prudential Life Insurance after the strike. They provided the following response:
"Coverage (for the employee and their covered dependents) as elected prior to the strike will be reinstated upon the date the employee returns to work. No Evidence of Insurability (EOI) will be required as long as the return to work is within 1 year of the coverage end date. Individuals who elect to convert lost insurance coverage would need to provide EOI upon reinstatement if they are unwilling to relinquish their converted policy. Payroll contributions for supplemental coverage are also reinstated upon the employee’s return to work. Contribution rates for the remainder of 2016 will be the same as they were before the strike began."
